Community Operations Team
The Community Operations Team consists of experienced, involved ASU
students who live throughout the residence halls during the summer.
They are responsible for the maintenance the cleanliness of the residence
halls. The Community Operations Team also assists with the setup of
guest apartments. Members of the Community Operations Team are confident,
enthusiastic, friendly, and have high quality standards for our guests.
What does the Community Operations Team do?
- Inspect the residence halls for maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Process and track requested maintenance or housekeeping work orders.
- Assist with light cleaning tasks as needed.
- Setup the guest apartments.
- Document and report room damages before and after occupancy.
What are the requirements?
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 at time of application and while holding
the position.
- Be a current/returning student of Arizona State University or
taking summer classes at the Tempe campus.
- Not exceed more than 10 hours per week of outside activities including
but not limited to: classes, internships, practicum, clubs, or part-time
jobs
- Be in good standing with Residential Life, Arizona State University
and Student Life
- Must live in assigned residence hall for the entirety of employment.

- Receive compensation of $6.90 per hour

Recruitment Process:
Interested applicants need to complete a Guest & Conference Housing
application packet and submit it to the Residential Life office located
in the Student Services Building, room 170. Applicants should fully
review and complete application to be considered. Recruitment will
run until sufficient applications have been received.
Selection Process
The interview process will take place at various intervals until
all positions are filled. Applicants may or may not be contacted for
an individual interview. Candidates will be notified of their selection
status following the interview process.
