Conference Housing
Available Dates:
Conference Housing is for groups of people who will be conducting short and long-term programs at ASU. Summer Conferences primarily run from June 1 to July 31, space permitting. Summer Conference halls vary in location and style annually.Reserving Space:
All conferences requesting on-campus housing must have an academic purpose at ASU (i.e., campus tour, registration, financial aid, advising, research, presentation, audition) and a campus sponsor. Please check the availability calendar for the dates you are interested in.We are unable to house visitors to the area for conferences at other locations.
Conference Housing is reserved on a first come-first-served basis. We highly recommend that you send in your request a minimum of six (6) months in advance, or as early as one (1) year in advance.

Please keep in mind this packet is only a request and you will receive a formal confirmation once availability has been determined.
Room Rates Per Night:
- $23 - $30 Single Occupancy
- $23 - $30 Double Occupancy ($11.50-$15.00/person)

Payment Procedures:
Payments must be in the form of a check or PO and are due 14 days prior to your group's arrival. Conferences will also receive a direct billing within 90 days of the conclusion of your stay.
