The Information Desk acts as the central information center and manages the campus-wide lost & found program for Arizona State University.By phone or in person, the Information Desk staff answer a wide range of questions about ASU and the surrounding community. And if they cannot answer your question, they'll assist in finding the answer for you. The area is also equipped with information about campus events, facilities, services, as well as directories and campus maps.

The Sun Card Office is located in Union Station on the south end of the lower level of the Memorial Union. There is a $25 charge for a Sun Card and you will need to have your ASU or affiliate ID number on hand. For more information, please visit http://www.asu.edu/purchasing/suncard/.
Courses can be added or dropped online at www.asu.edu/interactive by clicking on the “Registration/Enrollment for Courses” tab under the “Current Students” heading or in person at the University Registrar’s Office located on the first floor of the Student Services Building.
Parking decals can be purchased online at http://pts.asu.edu (excluding Residence Hall decals) by clicking on the “Parking Permits” link, then clicking on the “How to Purchase a Decal” link. Parking decals can also be purchased and a Valley Metro bus card can be obtained at Parking and Transit Services, Decal Sales Office, Room 105, in the University Towers Building,weekdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

There is a United States Postal Service blue drop box located on the cul-de-sac just northeast of the Memorial Union.

Event and Meeting Services is located on the main level of the Memorial Union, Room 182,behind the information desk. An EMS staff member can assist you in making a room reservation in person, by phone at 480-965-3406, or by email at mureservations@asu.edu
Please Note: Due to the fire in the MU, the second and third floors are closed for repair and renovation. However, the Fiesta Room and Union Stage in the MU are now available to reserve.In addition, the small and large tents on the Hayden and Student Services Lawn are still available to reserve.
Due to the fire in the MU, the Sun Devil Involvement Center has temporarily relocated to different
areas on campus. The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life and the Student Organization Resource
Center has temporarily relocated to the former Vista Del Sol building (gray and red) east of the MU.
Campus Activities, the Community Service Program, and the Programming & Activities Board has
temporarily relocated to the second floor of the Student Recreation Complex. The Office of
Undergraduate Student Government has moved to Palo Verde West in the Safety Escort Office, Room

Flyers may also be posted on the various kiosks located outside on campus. One flyer per kiosk is allowed, however kiosks are cleaned up on a weekly basis, so try to post flyers up in the middle of the week.
ASU sports tickets can be purchased online at http://thesundevils.cstv.com/tickets/asu-tickets.html anytime, by phone at 480-727-0000 or in person at the Sun Devil Ticket Office, on the south side of Sun Devil Stadium, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

The Memorial Union information desk provides refunds for vending machines but is not responsible for the functionality of vending machines. A valid ID is required for refunds and there is a three dollar maximum per person per month to prevent abuses.
The Undergraduate Academic Services Building (UASB) is located just northeast of the Memorial Union on Orange Street.
