Arizona State University departments and registered student organizations may reserve the following outdoor areas for informational displays or special events:
To make a mall/lawn reservation please submit an Outdoor Events Request to Event and Meeting Services at least 1 week prior to your event. Special events should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
Before requesting space, please review the policies associated with holding space on the mall/lawn under the University Student Initiatives Policies and Procedures Manual under "Scheduling Outdoor Campus Activities Areas."
