Meeting Rooms

The Memorial Union meeting space is undergoing renovation and is due to re-open early to mid-August of 2008.  The EMS office is taking reservations for events after that time but the rates and fees are still being determined.

Student groups in need of alternate meeting space may be able to reserve space at alternate locations on campus. Click Here for information on other venues available on campus.

 

Scheduling Events

 

Event and Meeting Services schedules the designated "meeting and/or event" space in the MU and dedicated portions of Cady, Orange, and Tyler Malls, Palm Walk, Student Services Lawn, and Hayden Lawn. Open weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., please contact the Event and Meeting Services office to reserve space for your next event.
