Insurance Requirements

Each vendor providing catering service must provide evidence of:

  • Commercial general liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence. The policy shall include coverage for bodily injury, broad form property damage (including completed operations), personal injury (including coverage for contractual and employee acts), blanket contractual and products and completed operations. Said policy shall contain a severability of interests provision.
  • Worker's compensation in such amounts as required by law and employer's liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000);
  • Automobile liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000), combined single limit for each accident or occurrence; and
  • The certificate of insurance must name: Arizona State University, State of Arizona, and Arizona Board of Regents.
