The Memorial Union (MU) serves as the primary meeting center on the campus of Arizona State University for registered student organizations, campus departments, and, at limited times of the year, organizations and business from the larger community. The MU is an ideal setting for meetings, conferences, or special events due to its central location, 25+ meeting rooms, event amenities, and catering services.
Scheduling Events
Event and Meeting Services schedules the designated "meeting and/or event" space in the MU and dedicated portions of Cady, Orange, and Tyler Malls, Palm Walk, Student Services Lawn, and Hayden Lawn. Open weekdays from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., please contact the Event and Meeting Services office to reserve space for your next event.
Please review the religious holiday calendar to ensure that any major campus events you are scheduling do not conflict with important religious holidays.
