Access Volunteers

The Community Service Program is happy to provide agencies around the Valley with assistance in advertising volunteer opportunities to ASU students, faculty, and staff. We can do this the following ways:

CSP Calendar and Blog

We offer a community calendar and blog to inform our students about volunteer events in the community. Please feel free to send us your events and programs by emailing us as volunteer@asu.edu. Also, please visit our ASU partner organizations for additional ways to publicize your events.

LISTSERV

Nearly 2,000 people are subscribed to our listserv, and receive our weekly e-mail of upcoming opportunities to serve in the community. If you would like your opportunity to go out on our listserv please contact Community Service Program with the following information:

• Date and time of the event (or if it's an ongoing opportunity, please indicate that)
• Brief description of the event and what volunteers will be doing
• Brief description of your agency
• Location of the event (please include an address and cross streets)
• Contact person with phone number and e-mail address

Due to the number of requests we receive, the information we include on SERVE must be concise and to the point, so please only include the necessary information. Requests must be received at least one week before volunteers are needed.

Flyers or Posters

Please send us any flyers, posters, or brochures about events or programs you need volunteers for. We will gladly post and display them in our office.
