
Please pay careful attention to the following instructions:
- Organization nominees must be currently registered student organizations with the SORC.(A list of all registered student organizations can be found on the SORC webpage www.asu.edu/clubs )
- Individual student nominees must be affiliated with a currently registered student organization and must be a current ASU Student.
- Awards are open to both Undergraduate and Graduate student organizations and student leaders (except where specifically noted).
- Please attach ONLY the Nomination Form specific to the award for which you are applying. (If you are applying to more than one award, please submit separate Nomination Forms and supporting materials specified for each award.)
- Submit 2 copies of your completed application section to the SORC. (3rd floor of the Memorial Union)
- Supporting materials specified for each award should be 12 point, Times New Roman font, double spaced with 1inch margins.
- Page limits are outlined where applicable. Limits change depending on award.
- No applications will be accepted after 5 pm on Tuesday, March 24th.
- Nominations being submitted by ASU faculty or staff members need not obtain the organization advisor’s signature.
The SORC Hall of Fame Awards are held annually during the spring semester and provide an opportunity to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of ASU’s registered student organizations, student leaders and advisors. |
