Approved Food Providers List
Aramark/Sun Devil Dining Services is the exclusive caterer allowed to provide food for events in the Memorial Union and Residential Life Halls. Atlasta Catering has the agreement to provide food for the University Club and Sodexho Sports and Leisure for Intercollegiate Athletics venues. Contact ASU Public Events for catering options in Gammage Auditorium, Sun Dome and Kerr Cultural Center. Events taking place in other ASU facilities or outdoor venues can use an ASU contracted caterer or select food service from the Approved Food Providers List available online. Please be sure to submit a Application & Guidlines for Food Waiver Request if a caterer from this list is utilized for your event.
Businesses interested in catering events on the ASU campuses must be on the approved caterer’s list. If interested in becoming an approved caterer please submit the application. Questions regarding the application please call 480-965-3406.
IMPORTANT:
Your event cannot take place without a completed Food Waiver Request submitted to the Memorial Union Administration Office #M182, 14 days prior to every event.
