Main Level - Memorial Union

Arizona State University academic units, departments, and registered student organizations are welcome to advertise university-sponsored events, programs or services in the Memorial Union.

The three methods of advertising in the MU including their policies and request forms are:

• Banners
• Display Cases
• Postings
• LCD Display Guidelines

Request forms can be submitted in person to Event and Meeting Services located on the main level of the Memorial Union behind the Information Desk, by interoffice mail to mail code 0901, or by fax to 480-965-5834.
