want to increase self-esteem and gain a

Breaking Free for Women
|
For women who use food as a solution
to stress or painful emotions and want to
have a healthier relationship with food,
themselves, and others.

Women’s Personal Growth Group
|
Offers an opportunity to receive
feedback and affirmation from other women
while exploring common experiences women
face.

Lesbian & Bisexual Women’s
Interpersonal Group

A group focusing on the growth and
interpersonal exploration of lesbian and
bisexual women.
