Meeting Day

Becoming

A co-ed group where students can focus on a variety of life concerns such as motivation, relationships, risk-taking, adjusting to college, family challenges, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and procrastination.

Mondays
2:00-3:30

Eating Disorders Group

For women with eating concerns who want to increase self-esteem and gain a sense of power in their lives.

Tuesdays
2:00-4:00

Graduate Student Growth Group

Provides coping strategies to address various demands of being a graduate student.

 Wednesdays
2:00-3:30

Breaking Free for Women

For women who use food as a solution to stress or painful emotions and want to have a healthier relationship with food, themselves, and others.

Wednesdays
3:00-5:00

Women’s Personal Growth Group

Offers an opportunity to receive feedback and affirmation from other women while exploring common experiences women face.

Thursdays
3:00-5:00

Lesbian & Bisexual Women’s Interpersonal Group

A group focusing on the growth and interpersonal exploration of lesbian and bisexual women.

Fridays
(Call for time)
