  • Doors will open to guests at 1:00 pm with a pre-convocation reception at 1:30 pm. Tickets are not required for admission.

  • Graduates are asked to check in by 2:15 pm at the check in table outside of the ballroom to prepare for the formal processional that will begin at 3:00 pm.

  • Graduates must wear an official ASU cap and gown during the convocation ceremony. Caps and gowns are available at the ASU Bookstore.

  • Parking will be available at ASU's Foundation Building, located on the corner of College Avenue and University Drive. Disabled parking is available in this lot as well.

  • A professional photographer will be onsite to document this special event for graduates and their families. The photographs will be available for purchase.
