A note to faculty members:
Thank you for your interest in celebrating the accomplishments of the spring Class of 2008. Faculty and Staff are invited to lead the formal processional that will open the 2008 Asian/Asian Pacific American Convocation.  Faculty and Staff are welcomed to attend the pre-convocation reception for graduates and their families at 1:30 pm.  Please check in at the registration table outside of the ballroom by 2:30pm with your regalia. We will gather in an adjacent room to prepare for the formal processional that will begin at 3:00 pm.   Faculty and Staff members will be seated next to the stage. 

Orders are being taken at the ASU Bookstore for purchases OR rentals of regalia for Faculty and Staff. In order to guarantee proper hood colors from another institution, orders must be placed between February 25th and April 3rd, 2008.  After April 3rd, all orders will be filled using store stock. Faculty rentals will be available for pick-up on May 5th.
