Nutrition

A Dietician is available for consultation for students who are interested in weight improvement, diabetes, high cholesterol and other nutrition concerns.

Nutrition Counseling is provided by a Registered Dietician. Students may receive ongoing nutrition counseling or frief consultation (1 - 3 visits).

Services Offered
Nutriction counseling relating to:

  • Weight loss or weight gain
  • Eating Disorders
    • Anorexia, Bulimia, Emotional Eating, Binge Eating
  • Disordered eating that has been influenced by a diet mentality or body image
  • Meal planning for a general balanced diet or specific needs such as Diabetes, Hypertension, or high Cholestrol
  • Vegetarian diets to ensure adequacy
  • Balance eating to help decrease mood swings and increase energy
  • Nutrition education
