Enrollment Instructions:

Go To: http://www.asu.edu/interactive

Click on "Tuition and Billing"

Then click on "Student Health Insurance"

You will be prompted to log on.

On your Student Center page under Academics or Finances, click on Student Health Insurance

Then click on the option to purchase Bridge Plan.

Your ASU student account will be billed.

Campus Health Service Bridge Plan

ASU Campus Health Service is pleased to offer a Bridge discount program designed to save the student money if they need certain health services at the University.

 
DEAR PARENT/STUDENT: Campus Health Service's mission is to provide quality health care at low cost to the students at ASU. Even though you have health insurance for your student, it may not cover everyday health expenses like lab tests, x-rays or consultations with on-campus specialist. Many of the insurance plans require a higher deductible when the student is "out of network".
 
CAMPUS HEALTH SERVICE NOW OFFERS A DISCOUNT PROGRAM to pay for some of these services. THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is a way to reduce your total health care costs for certain services rendered at one of the following locations: Tempe, Polytechnic and West. You will automatically be re-enrolled for future semesters.

ADDED BENEFIT

Enrollment in the Bridge Plan gives the student access to after-hours telephone advice from a board certified physician or nurse practitioner. A medical provider is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
