Student Eligibility Requirements (to obtain academic credit for an internship)
- GPA requirements vary per academic department. Many departments require the student to be enrolled in the professional program, and be in academically good standing.
- Some departments do not offer academic credit for internships. Students should check directly with their department.
- Students must have completed a minimum of 35 semester hours of approved General Studies courses (in order to receive academic credit for the internship).
- Transfer students must complete 12 credit hours at ASU before applying for internship credit (some departments may omit this requirement).
