Tempe Convention and Visitors Bureau: The Tempe Convention and Visitors Bureau educates and provides information to tourists, travel agents, meeting planners, journalists and other tourism related entities about the many attractions in and around our city.

Hampton Inn and Suites: Local hotel located in the heart of the Phoenix metro area, 1 mile north of Arizona State University.
Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town: 10 minutes north of ASU in the heart of Historic Old Town Scottsdale, walking distance to Fashion Square Mall, Old Town shops, 75 Restaurants, 100 Art Galleries.

Accessibility/Disabled Resources

Wheelchairs - Wheel chairs can be checked out at the North Entrance of Wells Fargo Arena or at the Coat Check area at Grady Gammage Auditorium. A limited number of chairs are available at each venue. To check out a wheelchair your will need a picture ID or a major credit card. A drivers license is preferred. Wheelchairs are not to leave the building and should be returned within 30 minutes of the end of the ceremony. For information about wheel chair availability at ASU's West campus, please call (602) 543-5311.
Disabled Parking - Disabled parking is available at Wells Fargo Arena (lot 58) or in designated parking stalls at Grady Gammage Auditorium. A disabled placard or license plate is required to park in these areas. For more information about disabled parking, please visit the ASU Parking and Transit web site or contact ASU Parking and Transit Services at (480) 965-6407.
ASU's West campus - Disabled parking for the West campus Convocation is available in lot 12 and 13 (north west end of campus) and lots 6 and 7 (south end of campus). For more information please call (602) 543-5311.
Closed Captioning - Closed captioning will be available at the ASU Commencement Ceremony at Wells Fargo Arena. Closed captioning will appear on all screens during the ceremony. Scripted comments and presentations will be closed captioned to screens in the arena. Individual students names are not closed captioned. This service is available during University Commencement only.
American Sign Language Interpreters will be on stage for the University Commencement Ceremony. ASL interpreters will be positioned on stage between the center and side lecterns. The ASL interpreters will be on the right hand side of the stage as you face the stage. For information about the availability of ASL interpreters at other graduation activities, please contact the college or campus for the event you will attend.
