Online Billing and Payments

Online Billing
Online billing provides reliable and secure access to billing statements and current account information any time of day from anywhere in the world.  Student account information may be viewed and payments made through ASU Interactive, www.asu.edu/interactive, Tuition and Billing, Pay Your ASU Charges.  Select Account Inquiry to view charge and payment history and to print a tuition receipt.  Select QuikPAY or Make a Payment to view online billing statements and make payments.

Email notification is sent to ASU student email addresses when a new billing statement is ready.  Billing statements are not mailed.  ASU encourages students to review their online student account on a regular basis to ensure that charges do not become past-due, which can lead to suspension of services and late fees.  Exemptions to online billing will be considered on a case by case basis.  The Electronic Billing Exemption Appeal form is submitted to ASU Student Accounts, PO Box 870303, Tempe, AZ 85287-0303,

Authorized Payers
Students can authorize others, e.g. parents and spouses, to view and pay their ASU Student account through QuikPAY (www.asu.edu/interactive, Tuition and Billing, Pay Your ASU Charges, QuikPAY, Authorize Payers).  To grant access to parents, spouses, and other authorized payers students need the payer’s email address.

Authorized payers can log on directly to QuikPAY to view billing statements and make payments at https://quikpayasp.com/asu/campus/payment/authorized.do.  Email notification is sent to Authorized Payers when a new billing statement is ready.  We encourage students to establish their parents as Authorized Payers so parents have direct access to billing information and online payments.  ASU staff cannot discuss student account information with anyone other than the student unless the student has authorized access through QuikPAY or filed the “Registration by Proxy and Consent for Full Access to Educational Records” form with the ASU Registrar’s Office.

Payment Options

Pay online through ASU Interactive, www.asu.edu/interactive, Current Students, Tuition and Billing, Pay Your ASU Charges.  Payments are not accepted over the phone.

  • eChecks:  eChecks are ASU’s preferred payment method and are accepted online with no service fee.  eChecks are a fast and simple payment method that can be made from regular U.S. checking and savings accounts.  You will need your bank’s routing number and your account number, which is available on the bottom of your check or from your financial institution.
  • Credit/debit cards:  ASU does not directly accept credit or debit card payments for tuition and student account charges, but has arranged for a third-party processor to accept Mastercard, Discover, and American Express payments online through QuikPAY.  The processor charges a 2.75% service fee for credit and debit card payments. Tuition and student account credit/debit card payments are only accepted online and are not accepted by mail, over the phone, or in person.  (Major credit cards are accepted without a service charge at the ASU Bookstore, Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office, SunCard Office, and other ASU departments.)
