A recommended Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled for 1:30 PM, Thursday, June 26, 2008, in the University Services Building, Room 1302, 1551 S. Rural Road, just north of the railroad tracks on the east side of Rural Road. ASU is applying, for the first-time, the Performance Information Procurement System (PIPS) on design services and strongly encourages the attendance of all interested proposers. Due to the nature of the selection and contracting process, it is highly recommended that project level personnel (project architects, engineers, etc.) attend as their expertise will most likely be required for a successful proposal. |
