Undergraduate students account for two-thirds of the campus population, comprising an incredible diversity of backgrounds, interests and experiences. IRC student programs provide opportunities to learn more about self and others, gain real-world skills in living and working across diversity, and build networks with others.

Involvement Opportunities Include:
Social Justice Events
These events will include a trip to the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, a visit to Japanese Internment camp and other opportunities to learn about the United States' social justice history.
Difficult Dialogues
Conversations conducted among and between students, where participants explore different points of view in a safe context, while developing the skill of listening to and understanding other’s opinions.
Inter-religious Dialogues
Inter-religious dialogues are facilitated small-group student discussion sessions that provide a safe environment for meaningful interaction, inquiry, and engagement around issues of faith and spirituality.
Social Justice Campaigns
This "hands on" experience promotes civic involvement as students design and implement a social justice campaign and actively engage the ASU community around a critical and relevant issue.
Invision
An engaging weekend retreat for students to promote understanding of diversity, intergroup relations and social justice, to develop friendships across traditional divides.
Get in-depth classroom or hands-on training in the area of intergroup relations through research, service, and facilitation.
