Each semester, the IRC offers for-credit educational opportunities, in cooperation with different academic departments. These engaging classes provide students with the opportunity to explore diversity, intergroup relations and social justice issues in greater depth.

Dialogue on Race-Ethnicity & Dialogue on Gender

Part of a 10-institution national research project, these courses allow students to engage in facilitated dialogue around concepts, readings and their own experiences of gender/race. Learn more…

Internships / Practica / Independent study

The IRC sponsors internships, practicum and independent study opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Research, writing, program development and other projects under the supervision of IRC staff allow students to create personalized learning, while contributing to intergroup understanding and action.
