Under the current constitution, a review of the document must be conducted every four years, and a special committee performed this task during 1990-91. With some additional changes from the Senate, the recommendations from the Committee were approved. The Revised Faculty Constitution and Bylaws was approved by the Faculty Assembly by a mail ballot on February 11, 1992. A revised draft of the constitution was mailed to each member of the Faculty Assembly.
