Welcome to the ASU Academic Senate Web Page

The Academic Senate at Arizona State University is the representative body of the Academic Assembly, which consists of all tenure track faculty, academic professionals, and full-time contract faculty (i.e. lecturers and senior lecturers, instructors, clinical faculty, research faculty, and professors of practice). The Senate is empowered in ACD112-01 to "act for and represent the Academic Assembly. . . in all matters including, but not limited to: a) academic affairs. . . b) personnel affairs. . . c) faculty-student policies. . . d) financial affairs. . . and University services and facilities. . . ." This site is designed to provide you with timely information regarding work issues of members of the Academic Assembly and to solicit your input and questions regarding these issues. Communicate with the Senate leadership through this site or directly with your departmental or college senators. Let us know what's on your mind.
