Collectively, we are responsible for a number of administrative offices and services with which you interact frequently. Little of substance can be accomplished without calling on the services of these operations, which include Purchasing, Parking, University Services, Financial Services, Research Administration, Human Resources, to name a few. With the direction and support of President Michael Crow, we are launching a Continuous Improvement Program for administrative and service functions. To help us with this process, and to focus attention where it is most needed, we would appreciate your direct input. Please take a few minutes to think about the administrative functions or services that warrant change and let us know your ideas. The more specific you are, the more responsive we can be.
