The Beginning: Where do we start?

In Tempe, ASU will evolve as a comprehensive research-oriented campus that blends right into the city. ASU at the East campus is evolving as a Polytechnic institute that eventually will serve 20,000 students. ASU at the West campus also will serve about 20,000 students and will be interdisciplinary in nature, with top quality unduplicated programs.
