Jesus Bravo
Assistant Professor
Dr. Bravo joins Arizona State University from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he earned both his baccalaureate degree and Ph.D. in business administration with a concentration in human resource management and organizational behavior. His research focuses on interpersonal processes as they relate to such topics as organizational justice, identity, relative deprivation, workplace conflict and organizational policy changes. Dr. Bravo co-authored research that received the Best Applied Paper Award in the Careers Division of the Academy of Management 2006 Annual Meetings, and participated in the symposium that was selected as the best symposium in the Careers Division Academy of Management 2004 Annual Meeting. Dr. Bravo has also co-authored a book chapter that deals with fairness in organizations and has research under revision for publication in journals such as Personnel Psychology and Administrative Science Quarterly.
William Nganje
Associate Professor
Dr. Nganje graduated from the University of Illinois in 1998 with emphasis areas in agribusiness and agricultural finance. He joined the faculty at North Dakota State University in October 1998 and was promoted to associate professor in 2005. Dr. Nganje's research focuses on risk analysis with specific emphasis on equity management issues for agribusiness firms and the economics of food safety and food protection. He has obtained several research grants and published articles and book chapters in his emphasis area. Dr. Nganje serves on several national panels to improve the safety of America's food supply. He works with a team of researchers from several universities, the Department of Homeland Security, and the National Center for Food Protection and Defense at the University of Minnesota.
Winifred D. Scott
Assistant Professor
Dr. Scott, a native of California, obtained her doctorate in accounting from Florida State University. She brings over 10 years of professional accounting experience into the classroom. Dr. Scott taught classes in financial and managerial accounting at the University of Delaware where she was nominated for the spring 2006 MBA Teaching Award. Her research interests and publications are in the areas of financial accounting, audit fees, and corporate governance issues. She holds membership in the Florida Education Fund McKnight Alumni Fellowship, the KPMG Ph.D. Project Alumni, the American Accounting Association, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
