How to Apply - Summer 2008

If you are interested in applying to the summer program, contact your high school counselor or mathematics/science teacher for an application packet or download the application packet.

Submit the following information -

Application Form

Personal/Career Statement

Recommendation form from a mathematics teacher, science teacher, or school counselor

Official high school transcript (include fall 2007 semester)

Consent for access to education records form

Incomplete Applications will not be considered.
