Rush and Priority Materials 

Turn-Around Times

• 95% of materials in Technical Services identified with a "RUSH" flag will be processed and out of the department within two working days from the time Technical Services notes the RUSH status.
  


• 90% of materials in Technical Services identified as "PRIORITY" will be processed and out of the department within three to five working days from the time they are flagged as priorities and returned from the Review area. Priority materials are those flagged for:
  
  
  • Reference locations
  • Notifications
  • Analytics


• Materials with green construction paper strips are processed next after rush and priority materials; however, no time period for processing has been established.
