The Arizona Economic Data Center (AEDC) is sponsored by Arizona State University (ASU) to provide electronic access to information related to Arizona's economy. This full-text database provides Arizona related economic, business, and demographic information. The AEDC offers current and retrospective (as available) data for the State of Arizona and the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas. Other Arizona counties and municipalities are included depending upon the availability of data.
Contributors and data sources include selected U.S. federal agencies, State of Arizona and other governmental agencies which distribute data in electronic format. Additionally, links are provided to other appropriate sites with economic data concerning Arizona, e.g. ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business.
The AEDC is available to all users without charge, 24 hours every day via the World Wide Web and the ASU Libraries Network. The Arizona Economic Data Center is a joint project of ASU's Office of Institutional Advancement and the University Libraries.
