The Architecture and Environmental Design (AED) Library Holdings:

Supporting the teaching and research missions of the College of Design, the AED Library is a component of the Arizona State University Libraries system, which has over three million volumes. The AED Library holds over 50,000 items including books, periodicals, CD-ROMs, video recordings, and microforms. Subject coverage focuses strongly on design, including: architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, graphic design, industrial design, housing, and planning.

Periodicals

In the AED library, periodicals are shelved in alphabetical order by title. Current unbound issues are shelved in the Current Periodicals room across from the library entrance. A number of back issues are on microfilm; their locations are listed in the University Libraries Catalog.

Locating Missing Books or Journal Articles

If a needed item (book or journal) is not on the shelf, please check at the AED Library Circulation Desk. If the book is checked out, it can be recalled and held for you. If material is not checked out, you may request a search by filling out a gold colored postcard. When the material becomes available, you will be notified. If the journal article is missing, and you are an ASU student, faculty, or staff member, you may request a copy through Interlibrary Loan http://www.asu.edu/lib/ill/.
