ADA Services

Jodie Milam has been the supervisor of ADA Services since May 2002, and has been with the ASU Libraries since 1991. Because of her warm, gentle manner and her willingness to give, Jodie is a favorite with staff and patrons alike! If you are nervous about using our massive library, please come in and meet Jodie - she will help you to feel comfortable in no time.

We have one part-time staff member...

Marcia Henley, Library Assistant Sr., came to ASU in 1989 as a Music major and in 1991 began student employment in the Stacks unit at Hayden Library. Marcia graduated but decided not to pursue a career in music, and instead continued on at the library. In 1997 she switched over to ADA Services and has been here ever since! Marcia and her husband have two young toddlers - a boy and a girl. Come in and ask a staff member to see the pictures!

We also currently have two wonderful student employees!

Jon Thuenen is a mechanical engineering major, and has been at ADA Services for two years. Jon is very good at finding creative solutions to keep our services as user-friendly as possible! You can catch Jon here most evenings.

Khris Ashton has been with us since August 2003, and has also worked two other jobs in the library. She is ambitiously pursuing a double major in Anthropology and Computer Information Systems. Khris is currently studying out-of-state but will be back soon to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with us once again!
