ADA Services

The ADA Services room is located on the Concourse level of Hayden Library. See map below:

To reach the Concourse Level, use the stairs or the elevator (located to the left of the stairs) to go from the Mall down to the courtyard at Concourse level. Cross the courtyard to the front doors directly across from the stairs. After entering the front doors, cross the tiled lobby, heading to the right to the entrance gates. When you enter the gates, walk about ten paces, and turn 90 degrees to the left. You will be facing the ADA Services room. Proceed approximately forty paces ahead, passing the restrooms on the left and the computer workstation on the right. Enter ADA Services through the automatic sliding door.
