When working with My Reports, you might get a session expire message that prevents you from continue working or saving your work. Below are 5 steps that allow you to continue after your session has expired.
1. When your My Reports expire because you are working on another Window, you will get an error and a login screen pop-up. Like the image below.

2. When you get the error message, do not close your working window. You should go back to the orginal window, which you open the query from, and reload that page (hold down Control key and R key or use the browser's reload/refresh button), see image below.

3. After refreshing the page, you can click on the Log On button. You may have to refresh a few times to get the folder back. See images below.

4. After Logon is sucessful, you should see a list of folders again and save.

5. When working with the query, you may still get the error in Step 1. To correct this, click on Tools in the menu, select Connect to Foundation item, then click on Connect button. You can now continue to work on your query.
