As an ASU employee, you may be able to save money when buying or selling your next home through Coldwell Banker and the REAP Program. The REAP Program will provide you with professional real estate assistance and cost savings.

To be eligible for cash rebates you must follow the following guidelines:

  • Contact Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Relocation and Corporate Services to register with a counselor.
  • You MUST register with the counselor prior to any commitment to a real estate agent.
  • If buying, you MUST view the home you intend to purchase only with an agent recommended by the counselor.
  • If selling, you MUST list the home only with an approved, qualified agent.
  • You MUST close on the property only with an approved, qualified agent.
