The Learning and Performance Solutions Group (LPSG) is dedicated to assisting and guiding employees through the process in which they can register for training classes, in order to further their professional development at ASU.

Whether you are looking to comply with the Environmental Health & Safety training requirements or are seeking opportunities to enhance your skill sets for professional development, we will provide what you need or help you find an appropriate resource.

To do that more effectively, we have improved the online Employee Learning Management System (LMS) in order to assist you in locating courses and enrolling in available classes. In an effort to facilitate professional development for staff, faculty, and all other university contributors, we have also improved the Instructor LMS that assists hosting departments and colleges across the four campuses of this New American University to provide their training courses more efficiently and effectively.
