Supplemental work is performed by an exempt employee requiring an employee's specific expertise or teaching academic or special interest courses. Written approval must be obtained from the appropriate administrative official before performing any supplemental work.
Supplemental pay may be provided under any of the following conditions:
The number of hours for supplemental compensation shall not exceed 400 within a fiscal year.
Entering Supplemental Pay
Supplemental pay is entered through Additional Pay in PeopleSoft.
