Maximum Vacation Carryover
The maximum vacation carryover provision of the Vacation policy has been applied as of the pay period ending January 11, which will show on the Jan. 16, 2009, paychecks. The following formula is being used for the vacation leave accrual process this pay period:
- Add your vacation accrual (per policy)
- Subtract your vacation taken (approved in Time & Labor)
- Subtract any vacation over your annual vacation maximum (per policy)
