Data warehouse changes

The Data Warehouse now has key Human Resource data fields combined into a single source. The data is presented as a snapshot of each payroll period (data as of the pay period end date).

Users can access the new view using Blank Query PeopleSoft HR in the Blank Queries folder under Human Resources. These new views will greatly simplify querying needs:

ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_VW
Contains Job snapshots taken after each Pay End Date. The view is a snapshot per pay period, of all active jobs and jobs terminated during the pay period from 7.13.08 through the current pay period.

ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_CURR_VW
View that provides just the most recent snapshot of Job data from ASU_EMP_JOB_PROFILE_VW

Several queries also have been pre-built based on these two views. Theses queries can be found in the Workforce Profile Queries folder under Human Resources.
