New benefits effective date
ASU has postponed the implementation of the new benefits effective date communicated in October.
Beginning December 1, 2008, benefits (health, life and disability coverage for newly eligible faculty and staff) are
effective the first day of the month following enrollment–provided the newly eligible employees submit enrollment forms no later than
31 days from the date of hire or when they become eligible for benefits.
