Online Registration System for Benefits-Eligible
New Employee Orientation

A new real-time registration system is now available for both hiring contacts and new employees to process enrollments for New Employee Orientation. The registration system provides step-by-step instructions, as well as a guide in order to assist with this process. Confirmation emails will now be generated and distributed to each hiring contact, which will include details regarding parking, what services will be available and topics that will be discussed to assist new employees on the day they will be attending Orientation.

    2007 W-2 Statement and Year-To-Date (YTD) Totals Update

    All Arizona State University employees will be sent their 2007 W-2 Statement postmarked no later than January 31, 2008.  It will be sent to your mailing address as recorded in Employee Self-Service (http://www.asu.edu/interactive) under Personal Information.  If no mailing address is on file, it will be sent to your home address.

    As a reminder, the Employee Self-Service paycheck view displays YTD totals only for the current paycheck. Since payroll has begun processing payrolls in 2008, employees can no longer see their YTD balances for 2007.  To assist ASU employees and departments, we are in the process of making a report available with 2007 YTD totals. This report will be available prior to the release of the 2007 W-2 Statements.

    Office of Human Resources Launches New Technology Training Program

    A new technology training program is now available to all ASU employees. Up to 108 instructor-led classes covering 73 different major software applications, as well as more than 1,200 online courses are offered at discounted rates. During the months of July and August 2007, instructor-led classes will be held on the Tempe campus. Beginning in September, classes will be scheduled on all four ASU campuses.
