JURY DUTY AND MATERIAL WITNESS SERVICE LEAVE
Benefits eligible employees may receive paid Jury Duty and Material
Witness Service Leave according to SPP
704-03.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If the subpeona is a result of a personal matter, the employee must use vacation leave, compensatory time or leave without pay. If there are questions as to whether the request is considered a personal matter, contact your HR Consultant. How is an employee paid while on jury duty?
