The Four Agreements:
Tools for Living Your Best Life
In the bestselling book, The Four Agreements, Don Miguel Ruiz gives four principles to practice to create balance, success and happiness in life. Committing to these agreements may seem easy, but living them may be one of the hardest things you will ever do. As you practice living these four principles, your life will dramatically change. Start the transformation by offering this workshop in your unit and learning about the four agreements and how to implement them into your life.
True Colors-Basic Awareness Seminar |
2-3 hours; Groups of 12+
A strength-based, interactive seminar to identify the four main personality types and communication styles. Through self-discovery activities, participants will identify their primary style using the True Colors framework. Additionally, individuals will learn to easily identify the styles of others to create effective communication strategies and improve workplace relationships. Great course to begin an annual retreat or used as a team-building activity.

Stress Management |
45 minutes
An educational/experiential class for groups of all sizes. The program focuses on understanding the stress response, the implications of exposure to prolonged stress and coping skills to manage the harmful attributes associated with stress. Participants also will engage in stress reduction exercises using experiential activities to supplement learning.
Managing Transitions |
45 minutes
“Change is the Only Constant.” This workshop increases participants understanding of the nature of organizational change, the process individuals go through as a result of any change in their lives and strategies to increase resiliency when faced with these types of transitions.
Welcome to the EAO | 20-45 minutes
This workshop, a perfect professional development opportunity for university staff and managers, offers an overview of the various services offered through the EAO, eligibility, accessing care, confidentiality practices, signs and symptoms and managerial referrals. EAO’s role in the Behavioral Review Team, a multidisciplinary group to address high-risk behaviors at ASU, also is highlighted to increase the community's awareness of this critical team's function. Grief in the Workplace
Resources and/or onsite debriefing with a licensed provider to address a recent loss experienced by a work team. Identifying the impact of loss on productivity and the normal and varying reactions to grief in the workplace. |
