Jillian McManus received a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University. She is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker with the Arizona Board of Behavior Health Examiners, and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Jillian has been working in the field of human services since 1993 serving individuals, families and children through various social service agencies throughout the valley. Jillian’s expertise includes individual and relationship counseling, anxiety/depression, stress management, organizational training, juvenile delinquency, parenting issues, disabilities and work/life balance coaching. Jillian has been working in conjunction with the Employee Assistance Office since 1999. She assumed the role of director for ASU's Organizational Health and Development in July 2007, providing oversight to the Employee Assistance Office, and Wellness and Work/Life Balance Programs. Additionally, Jillian is a certified True Colors facilitator, and a member of both University Career Women and the Faculty Women's Association, supporting the personal and professional advancement of women at Arizona State University. |

Joan Allen has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work, both from the University of Michigan. Her postgraduate training includes Certificates in Management Development from the University of Massachusetts and in Clinical Approaches to Children and Families from Tuft’s New England Medical Center, Boston. Joan is licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and has an ACSW from the National Academy of Social Workers. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Arizona Threat Assessment Professional Association, the Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities, Cathedral Health Services Advisory Board and ASU’s University Career Women and Faculty Women’s Association. Joan has worked at the Employee Assistance Office since 1996 and she has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Social Work. Her areas of specialization include handling stress and anxiety, adult ADD, work related problems, relationship counseling, managing transitions, substance abuse, disabilities, stalking, workplace violence and organizational development. Joan’s innovation and leadership helped pioneer a workplace violence threat assessment and response protocol that has delivered incident-free services to ASU for over a decade. |

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arizona in 1992 and attained a Masters in Social Work from ASU in 2005. She has an LMSW through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Jennifer also received her certification in Life/Career Coaching in 1999. Jennifer has been working in the mental health field since 1992 and along with Coaching she also specializes in addictions, trauma, domestic violence issues, anxiety/panic disorders, and marriage and family counseling (Imago Therapy). Jennifer is a mentor at Fresh Start Women’s Facility, where they offer career counseling, parenting classes and workshops for women. Jennifer also has worked in the mental health field with children between the ages of 5 and 18, dealing with ADHD, delinquency issues, developmental concerns, divorce and step-family transitions, grief/loss and life skills. |

Linda received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University in 2000 and earned her Master's in Social Work in May 2005. Linda served her internship at the Employee Assistance Office in the 2004/2005 Academic Year and she is a member of ASU’s University Career Women and Faculty Women’s Association. Linda has served in the social work field for over 15 years. She specializes in couples and marriage counseling, depression, anxiety, stress and managing personal and professional transition. She has worked with adolescent delinquents through the State Correctional Service system and counseled prospective parents, specializing in adoption through a state-funded program. Linda’s voluntary experience ranges from homeless shelters to charitable projects through the Catholic Women's League. Linda is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. |

Leonard received a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies Degree from Arizona State University in 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from ASU in 2008. He served his internship at the Employee Assistance Office in the 2007/2008 Academic Year. | Robin has been the Administrative Assistant with the Employee Assistance Office since August of 2002, bringing with her more than 20 years of administrative and financial experience. Since coming to ASU in 1994, Robin has provided administrative and financial support to the College of Life Sciences, the College of Extended Education and Facilities Management prior to coming to EAO. Robin provides extensive administrative, financial and data processing support to EAO and enthusiastically and professionally represents the department as a member of ASU’s Campus Environment Team, Classified Staff Council, University Career Women and other various university committees and activities. In 2005, Robin was honored as the inaugural recipient of the ASU Employee of the Year Award for her dedicated workplace performance and community contributions. | |
