Harassment: Who, What, When, Why (2 Hours)
Interactive workshop using a video and/or case studies and
discussion of when behaviors qualify as discriminatory harassment.
Who is most likely to engage in harassment as well as who is most
likely to be harassed, what can be done to address concerns about
being harassed, and why harassment occurs will also be discussed.
Focus will be on sexual harassment with more limited discussion of
other types of harassment.
