A long term care plan is offered by UNUM. The plan offers choices regarding coverage type and duration.


Choices include provisions for comprehensive coverage for
Nursing Home, Adult Day Care and In-Home care, if you are
unable to perform some daily living tasks without assistance.


Coverage is available through payroll deduction for you, your
spouse, parents and parent-in-laws.
