2010 ASU Benefits Open Enrollment

During the November 2009 Open Enrollment period, ASU will be offering the following benefits, effective January 2010:

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (for healthcare and dependent day care expenses)
  • New Limited FSA for HSA HealthFund participants (dental and vision expenses only)
    NOTE: Participation in an FSA requires faculty and staff re-enrollment every November for claims incurred the following calendar year. 
  • New Life Insurance Program
  • New Long-Term Care Plan (Will be offered during the ASU Financial Education Days in February 2010).

All faculty and staff have 31 days from their eligibility date or qualified life event to enroll in benefits. All other changes are limited to this Open Enrollment period.
