Technology House Residential Community

The Technology House Residential Community (Tech House) was established in 2009 to provide students in the College of Technology and Innovation with a living/learning community during their freshman year at Arizona State University. Tech House residents live with other students who are pursuing the same or similar majors and, hence, are likely to share common interests and are certain to have reasons to engage each other as they take courses in their first year.

Tech House students have additional access to faculty, administrators, and special programming elements (e.g., field trips) that will help to round out their first year of study. Each residential community has a community assistant, an upper division student mentor, and a team of faculty advisors that help to organize and direct the activities of the house.

Located in Falcon Hall on the Polytechnic campus, Tech House is within easy walking distance to virtually all facilties on campus.

Tech House will be limited to 106 freshmen for the 2010-11 academic year. Preference will be given to Engineering, Computing, Engineering Technology, and Aviation majors.
