GPSA offers two grant programs for travel funding. Our conference travel grant program is designed for those students who are presenting an academic paper or poster session at an academic conference. Our professional development grant is designed for students who are attending workshops, colloquia, or competitive activites. To apply for either program you must meet the following qualification guidelines:
a. You must be a student enrolled in at least one credit hour of graduate-level coursework at ASU.
b. Your travel must be directly related to your graduate program of study.
Grants will be awarded monthly for travel occurring from August 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010.
To determine which of our two programs is most appropriate for your travel, please read the criteria and common travel purposes below to make your selection. Failure to apply to the correct grant program will result in automatic disqualification. Applications submitted to the incorrect grant program will not be automatically transferred to a different grant program. There are no exceptions to this rule.
