The maximum lodging and M&IE rates allowed for travel outside the continental United States and foreign travel are the established rates published by the U.S. Department of State Standardized Regulations. Foreign M&IE rates can be broken down at the rate of 20% breakfast, 25% lunch, and 55% dinner. A copy of the lodging and M&IE rates is available for review in Travel Reimbursements.
